Il sert principalement aux chercheurs de&nbsp;<span style=\"-webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px; border-collapse: collapse; white-space: pre;\"><b>yarsagumba** <\/b>qui monteront des villages en Juin;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"-webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px; border-collapse: collapse; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; white-space: pre;\">une mont\u00e9e vers le col;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"-webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px; border-collapse: collapse; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; white-space: pre;\">et vue sur la mont\u00e9e vers le col \u00e0 5800m qui est en neige (dure). Yarsagumba signifie litt\u00e9ralement plante d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et insecte d&#8217;hiver (dong cong xia cao) en chinois. En Inde on le conna\u00eet habituellement comme `Kira Jhar qui signifie la plante insecte. Le nom scientifique de cette herbe est Cordyceps Sinensis. Le Yarsagumba est la combinaison exceptionnelle d&#8217;une chenille jaune et d&#8217;un champignon. Au d\u00e9but de la saison des pluies, les spores du cordyceps infectent ces chenilles qui vivent sur l&#8217;herbe humide et dans le sol. Le champignon p\u00e9n\u00e8tre alors dans le corps de la chenille, il se fraye un passage par la t\u00eate de l&#8217;insecte. Il se nourrit de la chenille qui finalement meurt. \u00c0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature augmente et que la neige fond, le Yarsagumba<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New';\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New';\">sort de terre, il est alors r\u00e9colt\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>Fromage <span style=\"font-size: small;\">(frais)<\/span>:&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: small; font-weight: normal;\">En attente pour l&#8217;instant.
